本本机器参照日本富士机型的优点而开发研制的高性能全自动高速干法复合机，用于BOPP、PET、CPP、CPE、铝箔、镀铝膜、纸张等卷状薄膜材料的两层或多层复合。
We combine our national
situation and FUJI of Japan import advanced technology
to develop the practical auto High-speed dry laminating
machine. It is ideal for two or multi layers dry
laminating of various material films such as BOPP、PET、CPP、CPE、Foil
and paper etc.

 本机十一个电机同步驱动，四段浮辊张力同步控制。
日本三菱PLC集中控制，人机界面集中控制。
高精度网纹辊式涂布系统及横向刮装置，匀胶辊，胶剂循环使用。
高精度被压三辊式复合装置，使用热循环控温装置。
第一放料采用双切刀。
第二放料有预热装置，复合成品有水冷装置。
第三放料采用支座式，可单放铝箔。
收放卷采用双工位翻黑心架，并实现翻工位不停机全自动裁切，均采用无轴气顶（可选择气胀轴）。
五段干燥，加热分体式，热风循环，温控自动，废气达标，烘箱导辊为主传动，并有独立电机，整机同步控制。
收卷有背压辊。
底料、面料、烘箱出口处有光电纠偏装置。
气动元件及主要动作气缸为进口和亚得克。

aluminum foil.
·Duplex turret type unwinder and rewinder, pre-drive
with pre-tension for non-stop shaft exchange. It
used shaftless air cylinder.
·Five stages independent drying system with constant
temperature control,waste gas is up to the standard,
the guide roll within the drying tank drivesin synchronous
rotation,with independent motor, and synchronsion
control.
·Rewinder has pneumatic back roller.
·There is potoelectric error-correction device,
in the outlet oven and material roling-out.
·Peumatic element and main air cylinder are importation
and Yadeke.
