用途
本机适用于BOPP、PET、PE、PVC、尼龙、纸张等具有优良印刷性能的卷状薄膜材料的多色连续精美印刷。

整机采用进口PLC进行联动自动控制和保护。
放卷、进料、出料、收卷四个单元全部采用摆动辊和交流矢量电机组成的闭环张力控制系统（7电机张力控制系统）。
整机四段张力由前后两个人机界面进行参数设定和张力显示。
触摸屏显示各工作点运行状态、运行速度和印刷长度。
收、放卷采用独立翻转双工位机构，不停机自动裁切接换料。
色组压印胶辊摆臂式，上下有可调限位装置，确保对版精度，缩短对版时间。
油墨自动循环，刮墨装置、重型、双杆，三方位可调整。
外置独立烘干干燥系统，智能化恒温控制，全封闭烘箱热风二次回用。
采用新型的自动套色控制系统和静止画面监视系统。
