用途
 专门用于热转印色带的涂布。
特点
收放卷用双工位翻转架，无轴上料，自动裁切。
本机采用多电机同步驱动，六段浮辊张力控制。
日本三菱PLC集中控制，二个人机界面集中控制。
第一、二涂布组为三辊拖墨式，第三涂布为四辊拖墨式，拖墨辊单独电机驱动，可任意调节速度，任意调节与网线棍之间的间隙。
双层烘箱，负压设计，内胆不锈钢，保温性好，废气达标。烘箱导辊为主传动，并有独立电机驱动，出口处有纠偏装置。
烘箱热装置独立分体，第三涂布配有独立的导热油加热装置。
所有导辊采用双轴顶芯式，灵活性好，材料不易打皱。
轴承、气缸全部进口。

·This machine is equipped with double-layer oven,negative pressure design,stainless steel inner tank with good temperature-keeping,waste air hit the national waste-air discharge standard.The guide roll of oven is the main driving function accompanied by independent motor driving with deviation-rectifying device at the exist location.
·The thermal device of the oven is an independent part and the third-coating device is equipped by independent heating device for thermail-conducted oil.
·All guide rolls accept biaxial thimble type with good nimble reaction and the material being operated is not easy to be crimpled.
·All bearings and pneumatic cylinders are imported products.
